So here's what's gonna happen, when this poll ends is when I will pick a spot. Until then we will keep talking about spots as I would like to keep it somewhat central if possible for the west side peeps, but if the west side peeps don't speak up then we will move it further east.

Have we made any progress with the meet?

Perhaps recommending doing a trail and lot/mall meet? Hit a trail in the morning then meet up in the city after for a bigger turnout and eat/drink.

 

I like this idea. Do a run earlier in the day for those who want to, then meet in town for the big meet and trail run celebratory food.

 

I also like this idea.

Not in AZ, but from AZ and would love to see the photos of the meet when it's all said and done.

I vote for the 14 or 15. This is the week we will be in SCW from Washington and think it would be great to meet a few of you. I will be retiring in March and will be spending more time in AZ.

Well I missed this thread but the dates work perfect for me Guess I need to coordinate with AZ Tundras too. I'm ok with Cliffs suggestion since it'll weed out the pretty boy mall crawlers for the most part

 

I like January 14th as the poll shows so lets lock that in and figure out a good location! I'm gunna plan on getting the weekend off so I can wheel afterward or before... or both. Beer will need to be had, and possibly even tacos if I can convince the wife I think its safe to say we should stay away from any parking lots where a typical TW group could get into trouble
