Been a while since I have updated this. Mounted my arb awning a little back and then had my self a good old wiring fun weekend and got a little carried away....

^^marine cable pass through with a pressure seal the cables. Sealed it off with a little silicone for peace of mind and turned out to be a clean install.

Never seen a vehicle with 0 miles on it outside the factory. The average from factory to dealership is 3 miles of movement from truck to dealer

Here you go. They work great! When I open up the awning, they light up the entire awning from above and it makes for a great camp light. Im going to install some awning lights that I can dim later though, these are too bright.

I have a 51in light bar as well, but got the wrong one from the manufacturer. They sent a chase bar on accident. I will swap it out this weekend before I get pulled over. Heres the view of the truck from the front with all the front lights on:

Lights have been working great, but it was time to re-do the wiring and clean it up. Last wiring job was rushed so I could use them at camping. Definitely been a fire hazard that needed to be taken care of.

Details on that relay box? Also did you make that harness for your bank of switches or was that with the relay setup? I need to redo all my wiring as well and that looks like the right start.

    It's a bussman five relay box. P/N: 15303-5.

It has a single stud. If I were to do this again I would get the two stud version. Cleans up all the grounds.

Ya I made the harness. I used some 12 pin connectors from waytek wire. Fairly cheap set up.

if your looking for specific information or part numbers I could dig it up.
