Your truck exceeds 1000lbs capacity. I think your referring to entry level full sized (no longer referred to as half-ton in the auto industry.)

120k on the engine at that time, fully stock not even the radio had been touched, tacomas in LA are expensive I feel like I over paid but there wasn't one with low miles anywhere and most 4x4's had 220k minimum and still wanted 6500-7500

    I paid 8k

2010 4x4 with 72k miles, paid 16 900 for it in Canadian dollars, so 12 580 US... seems ridiculus lol!

I should of just put the money I had down for a 2nd gen cause I'm hearing people payin 12k for a 2nd gen (4banger only) with super low miles.... I've put at the very least $13,500 into my truck all together cash in everyone's had for parts and I've done all labor, but still I wouldn't mind havin 4x4 2nd gen and all power windows , and locks :(

yeah but 1st gen are so damn good trucks! I would have check them more seriously if there was a half door to get on the back! I didn't had this in my old chevy and my '90 toyota and was a "pain" to get things in the back. Can't live without it lol. I don't have a locker and I don't need it the way I use the truck. I would have use it a few time but I've always done well without it.

Yeah i love this truck would rather have a TRD v6 all power and color keyed but the one I was looking at had a salvage title so I didn't bother, these tucks are hard to find and even harder to find with low miles and not beaten to shit

I guess you can still have a great price for your 1st gen. could recover some money to put down on a 2nd before you invest too much. Like you said, deals can be hard to find but playing the waiting game is always a good decision.

Hard to find as hell! and #shortbedproblem.... needed a LB! but wouldn't mind having a shot bed as a weekend rig but now that I have my 2nd gen and a too small yard, there is no way to have 2 vehicles lol

Can't be more right but I am sure you wouldn't mind skipping the season that is coming! Did you been here for vacation or lived here?
