    My gym rival is the guy in the mirror. Sometimes he looks shredded af and sometimes he looks like emo Kerley. It really depends on the lighting and the ig filter.

    Backnbis last night...I decided to deadlift on back day for some reason and it's just not for me. It took me 3 attempts to get 405 up, where usually I can do that no problem. Back is probably my most taxing workout, so I'm just gonna leave deadlifts for leg day.

    wide-grip pull-ups: 4 sets
    deadlfits: worked up to 405, got it, and quit
    t-bar rows: 4 sets

    superset (4 sets to failure):
    wide-grip pull-downs
    seated v-grip rows

    my biceps were wiped out by the time I got to work them out from going so heavy on back, so everything was super light weight:

    standing concentration curls: 3 sets
    bb curls: 3 sets of 12 (first 6 reps close grip, second 6 reps wide grip)
    cable single arm curls: drops sets to failure

    Shouldersntris tonight.

    I do conventional deadlifts and then 1 leg RDL with a KB to stretch but have terrible balance so that usually doesn't go well.

    Some lower back will be worked for sure but this is a hamstring/ glute movement.
