a double action revolver is also about the safest hand gun there is, double action pull at or around 12lb and an inch long don't lend themselves to go off by snagging on too much, plus they all have transfer bars now so if the trigger isn't pulled all the way back the firing pin cant make contact, so you don't have to worry about a bump fire or anything. although I still would recommend some kind of hard trigger guard protection... I know a guy

 

Having that 6 days off spoiled me. I was able to keep up around here...even set the pace at times. Now I'm out of the loop.
