    Been fairly quite on the home front today. 4 or 5 offers over asking, all net about the same. The highest wants $5k in closing costs. The lowest doesn't want any closing costs. The the 2nd wants the fridge, the 3rd wants nothing. so as of right now, the winner is $3k over asking, covers all closing, and wants to close by 01/01/2017.
