Mine does this every time I disconnect the battery to work on something electrical. Nothing to worry about.

Replaced my horn relay and fuse in hopes to get it honking again and that didn't help. Thinking it's the grounding wire and hopefully not the clockspring because I really don't want to take my steering wheel apart.

Took the radiator shield off to look for the grounding wire and can't find it but I had to give up for today. Also busted some clips taking the shield off so I need to find some replacement clips online too.

On the brighter side, Mobtown Offroad tailgate plate and hardware sitting waiting for the cap to come in so I can install that.

    Been there done that.....

I got stupid and tried a small magnet on string trimmer line. Didn't work and it left marks inside the light. Took the lights out 3 times before I figured out not to mess with the corner bulbs. The marks really bothered me, but then I crashed the truck and broke both headlights. Now I have TRD Pro lights. Suffice to say I won't ever replace my corner bulbs unless I have to.

EDIT - I think the engineer who designed the corner lights should be responsible for changing every bulb that ever burns out. Toyota can fly him around and he can shake out every stupid bulb that falls into the lens :)

The horns ground through the bolt they are mounted with. One wire for power at the connectors.

Had it powder coated. I suck at painting and wanted a nice finish. Well worth the $150

Chad, does your battery look like "moist" on the top around the caps? Mine looks like that and is collecting dust, I think it is just normal gasses venting out
