I have a set of Iggy's 9" rounds sitting in my garage still from when he first released them, cant decide if I want to order 2 more and put 4 on a roof rack, or stick with the 50". The 50" definitely makes it daylight in front of the truck, but with my current light setup I don't really NEED that much light. I don't do many night runs and I'm not planning on any super fast desert runs at night lol. Seen to many people wreck their trucks in washes doing that

I know the feeling. We are a week away from closing escrow. We wouldn't have bought had it not been for the VA Loan (no down payment among other fee's waived). Luckily the rest was too good to pass and we got an excellent Interest rate.

We wouldn't have bought had I not had equity in my current house. Which I've got to finish remodeling and sell it now!

Look into a FHA Loan. Some lenders only require a 3.5% if your credit score is 580+. Give a mortgage lender a call. There are other options out there.

My buddy bought last year or year before can't remember exactly but due to his income he qualified for some cal grant program and didnt even have to put any down. He has an fha loan and he still got a below 4% interest rate. Also does to have to pay the grant back

Ill be going through Concord on Monday but you'll probably be at work. Anyone that way coming up here for Tacos on Saturday? Im not too worried if I dont get it back soon. Youre probably getting more use out of it than I have the entire 3 months ive owned it.

No worries, theres always next time!

Honestly, I only used it once. Too scared to hurt it, it's so purdy. I have it boxed up in the garage. My office is right off the 680 in Concord if you wanna grab it.

Yea there are tons of options. Not a lot advertised but most lenders are willing to work with people. Our P/I payment is less than 1500 and We scored 3.2% interest and no PMI. Which helps since we have MelloRoos and HOA.

We're excited. Wife gets the keys on the 9th. Hopefully I'll be home not too long after!

Thanks man. I'm just glad the ball is rolling. Had to poke the bear a bit by going to our ombudsman rep. she made some calls to brigade and it seems my paperwork has made some significant progress this week :boink::rofl:
