    Hey folks!

    When I bought my truck I had no need for 4wd. 5 years later I regret not getting it in 4wd but I'm not interested in buying a new truck.
    What kind of things can I do to improve off road performance? (I just put some aggressive all terrain tires on.)
    Also, any advice on inexpensive power increasing techniques would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the site! If you don't have TRD Off Road, upgrading for a locking rear diff could help it off road. A new cold air intake could boost power a little without spending too much. But if you want a lot more power you'll need to pony up for a supercharger. :burnrubber:

    1.75" Billy's plus 1/4 spacer on both sides. 1" block in rear. 265/70/17 nitto g2 SCS matte dark bronze 6s
    Lift, tires, and rear locker. No power adders needed. Super charger is a dream.

    It's a PreRunner TRD, 4door. 6cyl and I think 4liter. I've had the truck since 2010 but just now trying to learn about it.

    ALSD: Automatically sends power to the wheel that has grip/is not slipping.
    Locker: sends power to both back wheels equally.

    Locker can get you through tougher situation where the ALSD wont send power to a wheel that slips and leave you stuck.

    Thats the best i can explain. I'm new to off roading myself so if it isnt 100% correct/clear someone else can correct/explain better than I have but that should be the basics of it.
