Weathertech fit issue/question

So I recently picked up a set of Weathertechs for my double cab. Everything fits nice and snug except the passenger side liner. On the inboard edge, the up swept sidewall piece that goes against the center hump bows away from the hump, leaving a good 1-1.5" gap all along the center hump. Anyone else have this, or do yours fit snug against the hump? My driver side liner fits perfectly... just wondering if I should request a replacement or what.

 

Try putting some books along all the edges to help it settle

 

wish i could tell you . . . they sent me the wrong passenger side mat. They are sending a new one free of charge.

 

How'd you make out with this? My passenger side liner bows out at the kick panel underneath the glove box (near the p-side door).

 

If u want i will trade you my weathertech floor mats for the floor liners if you dont like them

 

Try letitng them set int he sun for a while. they will become more flexible and should fit a little better.

 

x2, I had a similar issue and once mine were warmed up some i molded them more in place and they have settled in well.

 

I tried leaving some heavy weight pressing on the sidewall for a couple of weeks but as soon as I removed it, the bow came right back within a couple of hours. So, I contacted WeatherTech (they were friendly but completely ignored my first message) and they asked for some pics. I sent them the one below and they are currently shipping me a replacement liner free of charge. Hopefully it fits better than this....
