    Frustrations are understandable, but questioning tcbob or pressuring him for more transparency seem a bit ungrateful. if it wasn't for his hard work ya'll would be screwed right now. Patience is running thin i get it, but he's the wrong person to get pushy with.

    As for surfboard shopping lol if there was no chance for recovery on this and all hope was lost, id say let's go to town. heck, im not even part of this fiasco but id be happy to make an hour drive. but as long as things are being worked on, id think that keeping it civil is the best option for now. just my opinion though

    I agree with you in all honesty and if we do get to the point where TCbob confirms that there is no positive avenue (not saying there is), then I think talking with the guy face to face would be the next plausible step since he wont come forward. Doesn't mean the confrontation has to be anything less than professional, but I would think his conduct/demeanor in that confrontation would tell a lot whether or not he is indeed out of time and if legal action should immediately follow. I am surprised though even with how many guys paid via friends and family that this event should have a significant amount of heat on it. I say this as Im not experienced in playing games with money, but I would be nervous if I were the OP at this point with the motivation of 60+ guys who are eager and researching on how to get their money back and then some.

    I understand where you are coming from. We all agree that Tcbob is doing everything he can. But it would be nice to know what plan he is working on and which parties still need to respond. With all the connections folks on here have, someone could potential have access to the information he needs. But we don't even know what he is doing yet
