2nd Gen Frame rust Recall(LSC)

Hi, I'm a college student, and I need to write a persuasive letter to anyone for any reason for the last assignment of my English class.

I decided that it's a good idea to write about resuming the frame rust recall to the regional service manager since I've seen few threads from here regarding this issue.

I'm fully aware of that this is not a recall, but a limited service campaign, but for the convenience of those who are not familiar with the term LSC, I'll just call it a recall.

I know some of our members including myself didn't get the advantage of getting the recall done due to not living in selected cold states, so I'm going to appeal this issue along with other reasons. This letter is going to be very formal and technical with a lot of research involved, so at least I can get their attentions to this issue.

I need some voice from this forum of how you think about resuming the recall as well as other issues from not getting the recall done.( ex)your personal experiences of not passing a state inspection, the vehicle broke in half, spending thousands of dollars to reinforce the rusty frame, etc.) or anything you wanna say about this recall.
