Canuck is spelled C A N U C K , like the Vancouver Canucks , who , by the way are better than the Pens , Flyers or Red Wings . H Sedin leads the NHL scoring race , maybe we will hug the mug this spring .

Only certain guns are permitted in Canada.

    http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/fs-fd/visit-visite-eng.htm

Also this includes everybody, even Secret Service Agents, when a US prez visits Canada, they have to keep their guns inside AF1 or on the US side of border, the RCMP is responsible for protection of Heads of State visiting Canada.

I have a gut feeling The Canucks are going to win the Holy Grail, in 1988 The Edmonton Oilers won it, the Following year Calgary won it, but the olympics in '88 were in Calgary, just an omen, GM place will be the venue of great things to come for it's resident hockey team.

That would be great if the Canucks won the Stanley Cup in the same building and year that Canada wins the olympic gold .

True but that has mainly to do with the fact that concealed carry here is not allowed. Anyway edited because i read back and he asked about bows. My advice is to call ahead and ask or email them heres a page that may help http://www.canadawelcomesyou.net/firearms.html. I don't for see a problem as they are not defined as firearms. Still ask ahead, and let the border guard know as soon as you pull up, transparency and manners get you a long way up here.

Its time the Canucks won the cup, we're the only Canadian team who has not won it and this is feeling like the year!! The Sedin line with Burrows is the number 1 line in hockey right now and no one can stop them!!! GO CANUCKS GO.

    2. Do you put "U"s in words that don't need them? (color, flavor..etc)

i had others but...i forgot haha

Yes it does look funny, No it's no ones combination of currency only Canadas..
The images on the bill and colours were probably picked by some sort of contest, I would imagine

Each new note keeps the same person on the front, with new "themes" for each bill:
    • $5 Children at Play - children playing hockey outdoors (Sir Wilfrid Laurier on the front)
    • $10 Remembrance and Peacekeeping - veterans, children and peacekeepers paying tribute (Sir John A. Macdonald on the front)
    • $20 Arts and Culture - the artwork of renowned Canadian artist Bill Reid (Queen Elizabeth II on the front)
    • $50 Nation Building - the accomplishments of the Famous Five and Thérèse Casgrain (William Lyon Mackenzie King on the front)
    • $100 Exploring and Innovating - historic and satellite maps of Canada (Sir Robert Borden on the front)
    • You want to see our Coins.. Thats a whole different subject

    1. We call our currency the 'dollar'. Its value varies with the strength of our economy, unlike the US 'dollar which value varies based on how much more 'dollars' the Chinese are willing to lend you that month. :p haha
    2. Yes, you can blame the French for that. But at least we are capable of enunciating all those letters...
