WTF are they doing!? Burning shit on the patio or throwing burnt shit on the patio before it's out?

 

They say it was discarded smoking material and this was in the 2 over 2 condos 4 th floor. if this would have been vinyl siding that building would have burnt down. But thankfully the builder used hardie fiber cement siding....

And I also found out that this was not the first time this has happened over there.

Rescue crew went up to do a search and apparently found that homeowner still sleeping in bed and booted him down the stairs...believe it was on the 3rd floor balcony actually

Yeah you're right i just couldn't remember how those 2 over 2 unit patios were designed...And the smoke detectors had no batteries or were disconnected all together..

 

I believe there's only one balcony on the third, the bottom floors resident has the garage, they might have a deck on the second though

Yeah I believe each unit has a balcony on those style condo buildings...

 

I live in phase one and we have only townhouse style homes....

I worry so much about others and what they do that could wipe me out by their lack of careless ways...
