Agreed. Let us know man, interested to see how the dealer responds with a classic like yours. Always loved the 96-99 trucks.

I purchased mine from a used car dealer and they had a Toyota dealer cut me a key with the vin. I had the truck in Illinois and they did it in Missouri. Had it mailed to me. Hope they can do the same for you. My key is not coded and now I have 4 keys as I had Walmart cut me two more.

I agree with devinzz1, I sprayed my truck with fluid filmlast fall and it's looking pretty good this year. I debated washing the undercarriage but I figured it'd wash off the ff eventually.

I have a 95 that I bought in CA and took back to MA with me last year. Granted it's only been one winter, but the truck still looks real nice.

Someone here told me they thought OEM VSVs were Aisin brand. Whoever that was, thank you. You were correct.

I paid $35 from Amazon. The dealer wanted $150.

Yes, and it on cost me $20 for 2 original style keys. Also, your door locks are probably fine...it was your key that was worn out.

Can I put 97 head lights and grille on to my 96.? And do I have to change the running lights or drill any holes?

Thanks man. I'm enjoying it. I'll let you know what I see. There's a white one on Nashville CL right now. I swear, when I was looking, N GA was like the 1st gen shell Mecca. Ha ha. They were everywhere.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah, I was about to pull the trigger on Amazon for an Aisin Clutch Master for around $35, but decided to call the dealership to see how much more I would have to pay to get it faster by picking it up there. When he told me a price over $100 I laughed into the phone, and said bye.

Sometimes I feel bad buying on Amazon rather than buying local. In the case of the dealership? Fugg'em.
