    Faaaaaaq. Most of you know this story already, so just pass over this post.

    Shoulder has been hurting for a few days. Wasn't feeling good at all tonight, buuuuttttt...

    Finished the program I was on, so this week is supposed to be a max week to see where I'm at.

    Bench:
    135x10x2 (warm up)
    185x10x2 (warm up)
    225x5 (warm up)
    245x1
    275x1
    295x1
    315x1 (easily)
    325x nope

    Felt a twinge in the shoulder on the way down. Knew early in the warm up I probably shouldn't try to go too heavy, but I knew I was going to get over 315 today for a new PR and I REALLY wanted it. My spotter said he thought I would be at least at 335 after how 315 went up. Really hoping it's just bursitis acting up. Going to take some anti-inflammatories for a few days and see how it feels.

    Let your body and mind recover. I have a shoulder problem too but I hardly ever do bench because I'll feel it starting to hurt as well. I do db bench mostly and the cable flys due to there not being a real bench at planet fitness. My goal is 315, but I have a long way to go.

    It does. Conventional deadlifts hit the lower back mostly with some hamstrings and stiff-legged deadlifts is hamstrings mostly with some lower back.

    I did legs Wednesday and was waking around yesterday like a baby deer. I kept falling because I wasnt lifting my legs high enough to not trip on things on the jobsite.

    New balance minimus for me. I wear them on any leg day (squats or deads). Upper day I usually wear nikes just bc they are more comfy and most stuff is lying or sitting so I don't care about flat feet, arch, etc...

    I always wear my Brooks to the gym. I've got 2 pair. One is worn out, so I wear them when I'm actually lifting. The others I only use to run in. I like the innov8s I saw, but don't want to pay $120 for them when I could get the adidas I saw for $62.

    He would be the one to wear Keds. He's such a 90s mom.
