I haven't had the chance to read through all 18 pages of this thread, but have you [OP] put any consideration into designing a roof rack? I really dig the look of the rest of your design work especially the bed rack!

 

When people mention roof racks, I pretty much direct them to Prinsu. Why mess with perfection?

Possibly, or you could just mount your kayak racks to the legs of the rack, so they mount on the sides.

We're funding a bunch of other new products right now. Every time we come out with something different, it costs a few grand, so we obviously can't do a bunch at a time.
