    Didn't the other persons insurance pay for the repairs? They hit you, right?
    Either way it's like @BORNWILDGUY said, they have to make you whole again & that includes fixing everything even if it pops up a couple months later. Also the shop should have a warranty, not your fault they didn't catch it. I have a lifetime warranty from the shop that repaired mine.

    Nope. I see the wheel though,and you said they never replaced that right? And I don't see the axle or boot kit on there, and that shit got torn open.

    Edit: what about the tie rod , that ended up behind the damn shock!
