Just a contest for public land photography. Categories are landscape, wildlife and recreation. I already have a few to submit but I want to raise the bar a bit.

 

Hey everyone, I'm moving out to Cheyenne in about two weeks. Once I get myself and the family settled in, I am definatley looking to get familiar with the area. If any of you are around that area I am down to grab a beer and talk all that the outdoors has to offer. I've heard good things about Rib and Chop.

 

@dclatour I am about 45 minutes west of you in Laramie. I make my way to Cheyenne for the VA every few months but that's about it. The rib and chop is a pretty good steak house. I haven't had a premium steak there but just about everything else they have to offer. You are always welcome to come over this way for a beer.

If you enjoy steaks, I had a heck of a tasty ribeye at the Calvarymen steak house in Laramie. Pricey, but man was it good.

 

I'm an hour to the east, just barely into Nebraska.

I know sanfords is pretty dang tasty there in cheyenne.

haha yea. That would be nice. We will see what i get paid really. He was dead today. Went to just go start him to get the batteries alive. Too damn cold though the last few nights. Got a battery tender for the starter battery. Going to pull the secondary.

 

Probably LA. Unless Tippet get's their shit together and offers me a full time gig, which i doubt they will, there is nothing in my field at the level i want to work at here.

 

Nice, I am applying for a job in buffalo tonight. If I get it I have the hard choice of turning it down and staying in college to take a lot of courses I want, or taking it and finishing college with a single online course in my free time. Not my dream job but 30-40k starting and would be a easy transfer to game warden if I pass the test and get selected next december. Adulting is difficult.
