So..... DIY for only finish and install, right?

Any of our fine vendors should handle that for you.

I'm brand new to the Toyota family and this site so I'm ignorant to who the vendors are.

I saw a vendor a few weeks ago that sells A kit that you have to weld yourself but I can't remember who it was.

    First, welcome to the site
Second, what do you mean by DIY?
@RelentlessFab has a DIY kit that you have to weld together yourself and then finish/install
But if by "pre welded" you mean you want a bare metal bumper that you can paint or powdercoat and install on your truck, then you can go with @Pelfreybilt (Pelfreybilt Offroad), @EddyRRT (SOS Concepts), @RelentlessFab , @allpro , etc... There really are a bunch depending on what you are looking for. It just takes a little searching or at least more specifics so we can point you in the right direction. The vendors listed above are a good starting point though.

We do not offer weld together DIY kits any longer (discontinued in August). Fully welded bumpers only from here on out, but available bare or powder coated.
