When PAZ opens back up in downtown PHX in Fall 2017 I say go there. That is some damn good authentic Sonoran Messican food.

Los Dos in Central Phx is the best of that chain. Each one is a bit different tho. Spicy AF, definitely a two burner.

But there is this spot called Pananderia on 32nd and Thomas. Tiny little bakery/carneceria that is legit!

They roast chickens out front every day and you can get 2 whole ones for 10$. The barbacoa there is one of the best ive had.

All this food talk!! I went to a friends birthday dinner at a place called Fat Ox in Scottsdale on Saturday. Little on the higher end especially price wise, but easily one of the best meals I have ever had!

Escobars at 12st and Glendale. The mom has her own restaurant in Mexico City and came up to Phoenix to help her daughter open/run one here. Amazing food!

Now through January, on Friday & Saturday after 5pm they have a chili rellenos covered in the white sauce with pomegranate seeds... OMG is it good. Also, my wife's favorite is their Pollo Mole, she literally licks the plate.

Sorry man. Was hanging with the neighbors drinking beer and got a chance to use one. Went to Amazon, saw it was on sale ordered it.

Didn't remember doing that until it showed up 2 days later.

So Expo registration started today. There is also a location change to Ft Tuthill park near the Airport on the outskirts of town.

That's a pretty good location. Less in terms of close by camping, but the mud and or wind will be significantly less of an issue there. Right off the i17 too

Yeah, that too. Accessibility will definitely be better, that's for sure. Not that I hated the other location either though, but certainly nothing wrong with Ft. Tuthill... And for families, the Flagstaff xtreme adventure park is there too, so it'll be easy to bring the whole family along..

edit: we also helped out with the bike park build so I spent a fair amount of time there.
