They're 4" holes. We're using our 4" stud-mounted LED lights in there. I'm sure you could fit all sorts of lights there.

Yeah, once we get this one and the 5th gen 4Runner and JK bumpers done and selling, we will do the 2nd gen Taco next.

Website is https://www.dobinsonsprings.com/ while we get the USA one redone.

We discussed it just yesterday. We're going to start taking pre-orders (PM if interested), and can deliver before Christmas. Just need to get 5 people on board to get this rolling and deliver before Christmas.

It should be 120-130 lbs. We're meeting with the supplier today to get the first batch made. Once we do, we will get an actual weight for everyone.

EDIT: Actual weight of raw bumper without lights or any accessories is 119 LBS.

Update: Met with our supplier today. Here are the changes we will be making to this one as shown in all the first photos. Overall, the size of the bumper, profile around the grille, and position of everything won't be changing.

    1. Adding hi-lift jack points next to the recovery points.
    2. Adding a bracket to hold control box behind the grille. Our winch runs a wireless remote, but to hook up the cable to the control box, you would raise the hood for access to it and the clutch handle. Different winches could change the way you would access the clutch handle.
    3. Bumper will come with a filler-grille for where the 20" light bar goes. For those not wanting to run a light bar (it doesn't come with it), you can put in the small grille that will bolt into position. This will also maintain good airflow.
    4. There are holes already on top of the bumper to run a light bar and the 2 round lights. Those will stay the same.
    5. All bumpers will be raw. You can then make any adjustments to that you want when you get it. You can do your own prep and paint work, or have someone local to you paint or powdercoat it. This alleviates us having to charge for a finish that maybe everyone doesn't want.
    6. Some asked about fog lights. The ones we are using are stud-mounted, very simple, so you can run whatever other lights you want, or you could make your own solution for mounting OE fog lights, but we won't be offering that.

First batch are going into production next week (11/21/16) and should be ready to ship out the 2nd week of December.

$1150.00, plus shipping. Includes LED turn signals, round 4" LED lights for fog light holes, and bolt-in grille to cover 20" opening on face.

We got the new TRD hood and grille painted and installed and also painted the factory flares to match. Got all that on today, changes the appearance of the truck quite a bit from the earlier photos. Also recently added the new Klutch wheels and Mastercraft tires.

Give me your opinion on the 7" round LED lights we have on there, and if you think we should take them off or not.

I like them, but they seem a bit to small for the bumper. If it were my truck, I would put on 2-3 square lights (like the new KC G46)

The truck looks great btw :D

Nope, that's why I was asking about the lights. We're considering taking them off

Sorry man, we didn't get time to take the lights off before the truck went back to the fab shop.

Yes, you will pretty much need to upgrade your front suspension. We could sell you a set of upgraded coils to compensate for the height, and you can run them on stock struts, or we can sell fully assembled units too if needed.

We're foremost a suspension maker, Dobinsons Spring & Suspension from Australia. We're new to the USA but have been building coils and leaf springs since 1953 in Queensland, Australia. The outback is famous for breaking springs. We use twin tube shocks and struts, and have a variety of coils for various weight and height options. Here you can see the options for the new gen Taco's. https://www.dobinsonsprings.com/index.php/toyota-4x4-suspension?task=document.viewdoc&id=353
