Newbie here, Funny story. I got a little angry and punched my steering wheel in my 06 tacoma access cab 6 spd. And my horn stuck on after I hit it, so I pulled back on the steering wheel pad/airbag and It turned off. A couple weeks later i turned a corner and my horn stuck un and i kept pulling back on it and it would turn off sometimes but everytime i touched my steering wheel the horn turns on. So after i attracted alot of attention to my self feeling stupid I finally went home and dissconnected my horns.

Has anyone ever had the air bag/ steering wheel pad out? I dont want to ruin it, prying on it to get it out. Any precautions? I am a mechanic, i just dont want to break anything. And I cant find anything on AllData. Thanks, Dave

on that note tho, I've noticed my horn only sounds one of the notes until I really push down hard on it. I guess one of the connections is loose or something
