Anyone have any recent contact with @ebbs15? Been forever since I think he has posted in here.

 

Morning started off good, afternoon quickly went to shit. Wanted to rotate my tires, opened my swing out and it fell on the ground. Fuck. Fuck, no pics, lol. Much swearing and I had it repaired, even reinforced the broken area. Rotated my tires and accidentally dropped the impact, about a foot, and broke that mother fucker too.

 

On the bright side, I had a coupon for a new impact from harbour freight, so I now have an improved model.

 

I haven't talked to him in a while. But he answers all my text if I text him. Do you need to get ahold of him?

 

Pics or it didn't happen, so I guess it never happened.

 

I'll get a pic of the part I untucked. I actually broke a weld, near the pivot. I have no idea when it happened or how long it held that way. Literally opened the latch and "caught"it as it fell to the ground.

 

I swear, I'm waiting for my neighbors to post YouTube video of me losing my shit. Picture me, surprised mind you, catching a swing out, with a 34" tire, unsupported except for the pair of 22ga wires for the license plate lights. And trying not to break those wires, which i saved.

A "brass monkey" held cannon balls. When it would get cold the brass would shrink and previously stated balls would pop off and roll everywhere. At least that's how the lore is.
