    Generally the needle bearing failure vibration goes away if you put the truck in 4wd. You do mention it is drivers side only. You might see if anyone who has had the needle bearing problem then the fix would be willing to ride with you.

    Toyota officially washed their hands of that after finding it only happens on lifted trucks. There is a notification that says no warranty on lifted trucks for that complaint.

    The arb inflator has a solid gauge but the braided hose to the tire is short and sorta sucks, making the entire piece a bit of a pain to work with. this mod fixes it's issues.
