Scale your interest on a scale 1-10.

He may let his BIL use it for a few months then flip it...

Oh yeah, it's been a minute... Lotta stuff been going on since the summer. School took up most of my time as always. I moved into a house in Greenville in August, and been in another semester of school since then. And in the middle of all that, I started doing mobile detailing to make some extra money. I graduate next Thursday, which is pretty sweet. Then gotta study for the nursing board exam and pass it first try.

The truck's doing good, nothing's broken or fallen off yet, so I guess the work @Matic and I did was pretty good!! I need to get a sway bar relocate because it's rubbing the spring mount on the bottom of the shock on the left side. I've been pretty happy with the results so far. Next up are some 265/75 Duratracs after my Dynapros wear out enough. Should make it look a lot meaner.

    Y'all. Exciting news.....

    #PINNACLEMTNFIRE RELEASE #29
    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
    Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 - 7 p.m.

SC forestry officials confirm Pinnacle Mountain Fire is 100% contained

PICKENS—Incident command officials at the Pinnacle Mountain Fire are reporting the blaze, which ultimately burned through more than 10,000 acres, has been fully contained.

The decision to declare the fire 100 percent contained followed another heavy shower that moved through the area Sunday, the fourth day of significant rainfall in the last week.

Now that the fire is contained, crews are moving into a new phase of operations that will focus on stabilizing firebreaks constructed during the height of the fire’s spread. While the fire may continue to smolder in places, the risk of re-ignition is negligible, as the rain has saturated the forest floor.

The fire will be considered controlled once it has been determined that firefighting resources are no longer needed at the site.

Local South Carolina Forestry Commission employees, along with employees from the SC Department of Natural Resources, Greenville Watershed and Table Rock State Park, met today to discuss the implementation of forestry Best Management Practices (BMPs). These practices are carried out to help reduce erosion that may have occurred during fire suppression activities.

Methods used to reduce such impact will primarily include constructing water turnouts, planting grass seed and cleaning out stream crossings to restore the natural flow of water. These practices will be implemented primarily on the interior roads and the more than 31 miles of firelines that encompass the fire.

FIRE SIZE: 10,623 acres, as of Dec. 5, 2016

    CONTAINMENT: 100%

ESTIMATED COSTS TO DATE: $4.8 million

FIRE CREWS/RESOURCES: SCFC Type II incident management team (IMT), two Type II-IA hand crews, two fire tracks and 69 personnel assigned.

INJURIES: No injuries have been reported.

FIRE BACKGROUND: Human-caused / Nov. 9, 2016 / Table Rock State Park, 10.5 miles north of Pickens, S.C.

    CONTAINMENT VS CONTROL
Containment does not mean controlled or the percentage of the fire that is out and cold. The percentage of containment refers to the percentage of the fire’s perimeter that officials feel confident will hold. The percentage containment can go up or down depending on the fire and the firelines constructed around it.

Control means mop-up inside the lines is complete and the line is expected to hold under the foreseeable conditions.

Doin better. He may have had some issues with his kidney not functioning properly due to a recent change in heart meds.
I have yet to get the entire story.

I was a little shocked when I went up for thxgiving and he pulled me aside to go over some changes in his will.
I have a feeling something else is going on, but he never tells my brother or I about any health issues. I have to get the info from Mom. And I dont think he gives her the entire story.
    Thx for asking Tim.
