Starting to get annoyed. I have emailed, called and left voicemails for the guys at RCI and still not a single response, or even acknowledgement of getting my messages.

At this point I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to source my own hardware for these things on my own dime. I like the sliders, but after 3 straight days of trying to reach them during business hours, this is not a company I can recommend based on customer service.

I don't mean that to say their product is bad, I think it looks good and the welds look good. I haven't tried fitment yet, but I expect no issues.

I hate sounding unreasonable, but 3 business days of no return calls is disappointing. All I wanted to do was have these ready for next weekend so I have them one when I go to Bridgeport.

 

I had the same issue with them. Their customer service is not the best. But they finally came through.

 

I do hold out hope they will make it right. Josh has been friendly and polite on the phone the one time I got to speak to him.

 

Yea, I don't know what it is with replying, but they can be pretty slow and none responsive sometimes.

hey @ETXTacoma do you know what size of bolts and length were for your sliders? Also how many per side.

Did yours wrap around the bottom or just straight plate to the side frame rails?

I'm just curious, I might source the hardware locally.

Bolt size / length and is the backside lockwasher/nuts or just self backing nuts?
