    That happened to me once with a tree. I hope he doesn't have State Farm, they don't believe that stuff rooted in the ground can jump out in front of people. It's a shame, really.

    damn houses! always stopping a pursuit right when it gets good



    1 of 3 (yes 3) pursuits last night...this was the only one involving a vehicle...and was multi jurisdictional...we just picked up when he hit the house as that was in our jurisdiction...i mean when the house turned into a ford aerostar magnet and forced him to drive in a perfectly straight line off the road for close to 50 yards at which point they collided (obviously the house's fault) the only door that would open was the drivers door...and it was inside the house...so driver bails...somehow gets out of that house and into his own house 3 doors down...and then calls his van in stolen :laugh:
