Thank you. So probably safe to say 2.5in. Wouldn't think it would settle much more. Hopefully you can get rid of the vibration.

Yeah, that's what ARB was thinking.

Seems like the guys runnng 888 with 5100's at zero are getting little more.

    Don't have an angle finder.

Did order the 3 degree shim kit on advice from toytec.

    Do these look that bad?IMG_2353.jpgIMG_2354.jpg

Did you fix the vibration?? I'm getting some from 32-47 mph. It is annoying.

    Not yet.

majority of it is the front drivers side needle bearing. Toyota is aware of it, my dealer was working with me on a solution. Have not heard from them since last week though. Toyota is recommending a new needle bearing, most on here have not had any better luck with the replacement and lean toward the ecgs bushing.

To be honest I have now lost interest in my truck. Even though the ecgs part may fix it, it does not sit well with me that I have to do it on a truck that toyota wants to market to the offroad crowd at $40k msrp. I bought my truck and installed this kit with the intentions of improving its look a little and hopefully participating in some trail rides. Instead I am left regretting my purchase and have been trying to figure a way out of it. Being 4 months old and financing it it appears I'm going to have to shell out some serious money to be done with it. Carmax offered me $32k for it.

Most of these issues are well documented, in all my research I seemed to not catch on so it's on me.

Did you see if your dealer will do the Ecgs bushing for you instead of the bearing?

    We talked about it.

They are like me and a little skeptical that it is a long term fix.

I also worry about any futures issues with the front diff being turned down after modifying it. At that point I would guess it just boils down to the relationship between the dealer and myself.

I was very annoyed at first. At this point I am beginning to care less. The newness has worn off.

Same issue. I have an appointment scheduled for Monday with the dealership. I will have the bushing from ECGS on hand and will try to convince them to install under warranty as opposed to another OEM bearing. Truck is lifted 3" so I will likely get laughed at. Nothing to lose so I will give it a try. If it comes down to it, I will install the bushing on my own coin.

I get that. I had a dodge 2500 that I fought steering problems for years after i lifted it then got rid of it. It gets frustrating. Hopefully you will get done whatever you have to do to be happy.

Here is my 2016 TRD Off Road DCSB 4x4 Auto with a full OME kit with Dakar packs, 888 coils with 1/4" top plate spacers. I also installed SPC Light Racing UCA's. The wheels are Fuel Vapor in 17" and tires are BF Goodrich K02 in 285/70R17. The hub to flare measurements are 24" front and 24.25" rear. Sits and rides perfectly! Super happy.

Perfect lift! That's the lift I wanted to do on my truck, are you getting any rubbing anywhere?

Absolutely no rubbing and no trimming. Have flexed suspension on some moderate trails this weekend with no rubbing either. Super happy with the OME products thus far. Just be sure to replace those UCA's and get wheels with proper offset. Mine have a -12mm offset
