I'll be coming through on the way back from a road trip, so if it isn't too large, then yeah, no problem.

So I have a lead on new tires... but they can't mount them. Where's a good, cheap place to mount them? Not looking for free, but don't wanna pay $100 for tire mounting.

Check the local high school body shop. They learn, you get work for the price of a few dozen donuts.

Doesn't work if your rims are all nice and pretty, might get gouged out.

In high school I've seen so many idiots screw up rims learning how to mount. I'd be tempted to push them aside and do it myself..

I asked Discount Tire once and they said they it was something like $30-45 a tire

Good idea... But I wouldn't trust some high school kids. I'd rather pay a little to have it done and somewhat insured.

Yep. I had them do my tires now and they charged $25/tire. Not about that life anymore. hah.

Any Mexican tire shop will do it for about $20-40 for all of them. That what I usually do, order them on line and get them mounted.

Honestly, I could watch but wouldn't know if they did anything wrong or not. I've never seen tires mounted/don't know what to look for.

No worries dude! Thanks again!
