Probably a long shot, but at 1500 RPM I get a buzz from the passenger side. Higher or lower it goes away. I'm sure I'll get smart ass "Don't do 1500 RPM" replies, etc. Which is fine, but I've figured all of that out already. Hoping it's a common issue or someone can save me time with the fix?

Try this http://guidedir.com/toyota-tacoma-buzzing-interior-noise-fix/ it worked for me when I first purchased my truck, but it has recently has come back. I saw another member stuck a sponge up under there...hoping to give that a shot too. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2015-tacoma-trd-double-cab-buzzing-noise.392103/

Lol I agree....it is irritating, half of my daily commute is spent in those RPMs. Don't know how you dealt with it for 3 years. I couldn't deal with it after 3 weeks...

One of those should make it go away. I'm going to try the sponge method today.
