From what I have been reading thats what most people say to do. Im sure its different on every truck depending on weight and what not. Let me know how it works out because at some point Im going to raise mine as well.

Roger dodger. Will do. Thanks so much. I have not been instructed as to what the plan is for me tomorrow. Still waiting on instructions from the tower.

Went up to Bachelor this morning. Saw a F150, Chevy, Tundra and Tacoma all slid off the road. I had it in 4Hi but never had an inclination to slide. Lots of people up there today.

Just so you know... a 1/4 inch extension or 8mm socket is the right size to turn the collar for the coilovers. :)

Got up a little later than planned, wife had plans for me, got started late on the adjustments. Stood in the garage drinking a pot of coffee wondering if I was going to bug Tyler at work. Decided not to (thanks for the offer on the tools tho). Looked down at an old box full of crap and found my tool. Home grown thinkin'. Grounded of the tip and it fit perfect! Yrs, it's a nail.

Great news: we have some semblance of snow.

Not so great news: I have no 4wd.

I haven't had the chance to go play since I referred and have done all this work on the sled and now THIS!

Update: bad actuator. OEM (which happens to be in stock) $500, labor=$???. I seriously thought I was going to buy other stuff that I really didn't need. Guess not.

Have we seen these on CL? I could use a new(ish) roller bottom box but I spent all my money. See post 988.

Also any good shops that will install headers? Was thinking of buying some but wondering about cost vs doing it myself like everything else on my truck

I see you around town quite a bit. I often wonder about your mpg with that tent being given lugged around all the time.

I didn't really notice a huge difference. I also don't treat my truck like a sport car, though. ;)

To tell you the truth never really paid very much attention to MPG. I had well under a 1000 miles on the truck when I had it installed. But I really wanted one before I got the truck so it was worth a mile or two loss for the freedom I gained. I had a little 2015 Kia before the truck so I was gonna lose milage anyway haha.
