    Morning, faces!

Denis, I had that same setup on my house when I had a raised ranch. I'll have to try and remember to snap a photo of the lights I have now. We've got them on the fence and the deck, but not the house

You all seem smart and young and techy... some of you anyway.. what kind of music app or player do you have on your phone? Or do you use a dedicated mp3 player, or-? I have about 4000 songs on my phone, most were taken from my ipod classic that failed a year ago. I currently use Google Play for the player (Android phone) but it's not exactly ideal. The songs are ripped from CD's many years ago and they don't categorize correctly, the thing plays in random all the time even though I don't have shuffle on, it's a mess. So a two part question- what do you do for music (phone, Spotify, ipod, Iheart or?) and also what do you use for a speaker/player at home? Basically curious about how you get your music to your ears.

I can't stand google play... but it's what I use. I only listen to music on flights so I just shuffle it. I must admit the Itunes software was so much nicer for organization (if they haven't changed it since 2013)

I use mostly Spotify now. I dont have the "Premium" so on mobile there are ads and you can only listen to Artists/Playlists in Shuffle mode. But if you get a Premium subscription ($10/mo) you can listen to music 'offline' and not use data, no ads, no shuffle only mode. Right now they are actually running an offier that your first 3 month of Premium is $0.99 total. Then $10/mo going forward.

Noel, I'm pretty confident you fall into that second category.

    Undoubtedly.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, though, and not assuming that he was calling me dumb, old, and tech-illiterate. :notsure:

What don't you guys like about Google Play? I am most likely going to get the Google Pixel next month when I can upgrade. I have been on iPhones for the last 6 or 7 years, so it will be a jump.

I use google play cause I run my music through an android phone. It's ok but not thrilled with how google or iTunes categorizes music. I have 5 or 6 albums that are titled "greatest hits" and both programs won't seperate them by the artist. So if I want to listen to Springsteen's greatest hits, I have to listen to Tom Petty's as well. Not sure how to correct this though. At work I just listen to Pandora.

There you go making assumptions again.
Truthfully though, you and I probably aren't far apart in the tech-literacy department. Do what I do, just own it.

I have a radio in my workshop!

    And in the car, obviously.
I'm actually really enjoying the satellite radio that the F150 came with, too.

Same here. I have CDs in the truck and still listen to them from time to time but mostly use the radio and my Ipod for music.
