True. But it was just magistrate Court, a couple DUI cases, wreck, and some dipshit claiming he was beaten by a deputy. As I always say, do as your told and you want get your ass whooped.

Just cracked the Starbucks Doubleshot; may be a little late to get right to bed at 8. Constant battle of fighting to stay awake and forcing myself to sleep. Any of you guys take Vitamin D, E or C or melatonin supplements to regulate?

My work does the same but I pass on eating the food that they grill right next to our cooling towers. lol

Same. 12 hour shifts. Sometimes 18 hr shifts when people call in sick which is at least 1-2 times per week

I've been taking multi-vitamins for years. My best way of regulating is a super dark room. No light except from the digital clock on the headboard:thumbsup: When I get up I try to get some sunshine. Maybe a nap later, before work.

That's what I grew up with, stock cars, modified, dirt late models. I spent a lot of weekends at Potomac Speedway and Hagerstown with my dad and his buddies. asphalt racing has never appealed to me or my wallet. rally seems to be a good compromise between redneck and needing a loan to pay for entry fees

Luckily, I am in indoors, only wish I could turn off the lights. It is too damn bright in this office.
