I don't care. Buyer preference, preferably in Santa Barbara or Goleta.

Anyone want a pair of black retrofit headlights? @SixthSnail gave them to me, but I don't think I'll ever get around to fixing and installing them. Left is good to go, but the shroud and one of the mounting tabs is broken on the right one.

They are for 2005-2011. Look nice to me! Just one of them needs a fix.

Any of you guys have some good stocking-stuffer ideas for an offroader? I'm drawing a blank right now and need a fresh start.

Valve stem removers tire gauges gift cards bungees D rings depending on the size and strength of the stocking its tuff because offroading stuff is heavy.

I carry one in each door of the truck. Check out the videos on their website, they have awesome demos for LE and FD, especially related to car fires. I considered getting the 4liter refillable for long trips or around the house/garage.
    http://www.coldfiredirect.com/

The one thing that gives them a slight edge on the classic red dry powder fire extinguishers is that for off road purposes, the powder in those will settle and compact from the constant vibration. Since these are liquid based, the vibrations keep it agitated, although I've never heard of the liquid settling or separating. Guess you wouldn't really know unless it's too late either way.

Trail books like Guide to Northern/Southern California Backroads. A pocket Spanish dictionary for Baja? A small flashlight. A good travel coffee mug. A small flask :spy:. A cell phone suction cup holder so you can use your map app hands-free.

So what do I need to make these work? Ballasts and a wiring harness? Which projectors are they? I have a poverty gen but should be able to just pull the projectors out and put in my headlights right?

Yowza! That's a smokin' deal! My Engel MR040 quit on me in Baja, but since I haven't troubleshooted it, I don't know if it's officially dead. Maybe it's just been flipped over and bashed around too much....I don't think it was built for prerunning abuse :cookiemonster:

    LOL @ poverty gen....

I have all the ballasts and stuff too. Not sure on projectors... @SixthSnail ?

I believe you just have to crack the lights apart and take out all the innards.
