Picked up a new drivers' door switch panel for less than $30 on eBay:


Had to do a little carving on the underside to make it fit absolutely flush with the screw mounts, but it works great. Now I can lower the passenger window without reaching across the cab...

 

Literally just installed the same one. feels kinda cheap and the buttons dont light up but the auto down feature is nice to have again.

Oh, I've been reading for a little bit but just now decided to make an account and I saw that post from a while ago and figured i'd give it a shot. Anyways, I'm looking for a good setup for my truck, its a 2wd 2.7l and I was afraid of putting anything too big on her because I wasn't sure how well the rest of the truck would handle that kind of load.
