Do you really need longer brake lines? How stretched were they when you had it on the lift? How much were your old shocks limiting your downtravel?

 

they were pretty close to being stretched.. the only thing keeping them from busting was the ome shock stopping it.. since I'm going to a longer shock I'm sure they would break..

 

If you still have droop left in your springs.

 

Which I can't tell unless I wanna chance busting break lines..

 

So brake lines have to go in first.. then I can remove the shocks and can go.from.there

 

you don't need brakes unless you go to Chocolate Mtn. I don't see any warning labels or requirements anywhere else.

You can. Take shocks off, put truck on lift, see if you have anymore droop left in the springs.

 

All this talk of lift is for rich people. I'm poor and am on my back a lot.

I'm pretty sure I still have droop.. my shocks are definitely limited my dakars when it comes to.down travel

 

@Jeffvt0508 I won't be doing my brake lines until tax time when I replace the calipers , rotors , and pads

Will 285/75's really make that much of a difference?

It's definitely higher and I like it, just figured it would look higher than it does.

 

Are you going to lift your front up more when you go with the 63s and shackle flip?
