Hmmm... I have a set of those oem t4r rims (the top pic) on the wife's ride... If I were to upgrade to some rad looking rims, I could pass them along to you... And in return, you offer to paint my Impala (labor only, I'd buy materials of course) next year when you plan to paint your hot rod too...

    Eh? Eh?

My buddy has a T4R Trail Premium with the bottom wheels. He may be upgrading soon, so I'll keep ya in mind if you haven't found any by then

    Intriguing for sure.

I'd consider this if my paint job comes out like I plan, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hesitant to fill a paint cup with someone else's money and spray it on their car only for it to have problems. What did you have in mind for your Impala? The '49 will be the first full car paint job I've done in a few years.

Well I'd certainly let you go first on the '49, and pending the outcome id be down! I just recalled seeing you post about painting your car sometime next year, and how you'd done a few in the past with good results.

I'm not expecting show quality, honestly I can't afford a $10k+ paint job. It's going to be a simple one color, White. Plan on returning the car to its original "Ermine White" paint code 8259.

Obviously I don't want to have a shitty looking paint job, but I figure if it's good enough for your rig... I'd be interested. And of course id help out with the labor and setup and all...

    I dunno, just a thought.

I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Certainly welcome to see the paint job next year, too. Hope to get the body work done in the summer and on the new frame by spring.

Also have some 4th/5th 4Runner Metaltech rear springs and the billet bump stop extensions, spread the word!

    $150 maybe?

I've got a set of the trail edition ( the bottom wheels) in my future. I've been wanting some since I saw them on a tacoma. I see them on CL for like 500 (Too much $) and too far away . You and I both have white trucks, are you planning to paint/powder/derp the wheels, or leave them silver? If so what color ? trying get some ideas...

I'd likely leave them silver. I'll never derp again, if you want a few cans I have some I'll never use.

    If I paint/powder they'd be matte black.
