    What's wrong with the one you have? Your main differences are Single vs Double (width, most people mistake that to mean 2 people which is wrong). I've never heard of bear butt hammocks. My first was a Yukon Tactical. I have 3 now and 1 I DIYd. If you want to sleep in it you really need good insulation, underquilt and top quilt.

    mines just uncomfortable. I feel like the seams aren't quite right. it was a cheapo one so I don't expect much out of it. even when its summertime and I don't get cold, I cant seem to even nap in it (not that im good at napping anyways). ill check out Yukon tactical too. someone just got gifted one of the bear butts and id never heard of them.

    I can't sleep in the cacoon type hammocks. The Lawson stays pretty flat when lying in it.

    Just take follow the seam, if it doesn't lay flat with the rest of the hammock it's got a defect. If it's all flat then you're hanging it wrong or laying in it wrong. Need to come to a meet with me.
