Swung by my mechanic while on lunch for a quick torsion check on the U-Bolts for my recently installed toytec lift.

He said he didn't have to do much tightening so everything's settled in real nice.

We also talked about when my OEM intake comes in from a fellow TW member that he'll help me take the KnR CAI off to go back to stock (I didn't put it on, it was there when I got it). Sick and tired of the fucking rattling and shit coming from under the hood with that thing.

I mentioned that I got a set of sliders coming in from @RelentlessFab and would need a welder and he can do that for me as well... My dude is awesome.

I always use the EBC kits when I need new brakes. Have had nothing but good luck with them. My old Tacoma stopped like a dog till I put these in. My 2014 though stopped fine with the stock brakes and rotors. So I don't notice too much of a better upgrade on this truck but still happy I chose these. Not the cheapest but not outrageously priced either. Just put them in last Saturday. 50K on truck and i still had a few more miles to go with the stockers.

    ^^^What he said.

If someone on stock suspension were to remove the swaybar, they would definitely know. It's too soft to prevent serious body roll. People with the aftermarket suspension typically remove it because they have stiffer coils, which greatly reduce body roll as opposed to the stock coils.

With that being said, I've read that the Baja suspension is soft, so removing your swaybar would be a bad idea IMO since the body roll would not be combated by the coils.

How you drive on a day to day obviously plays an impact, but what you can't plan for is an evasive maneuver going 70mph down the highway. No swaybar and you're a lot more likely to crash or flip.

    nothing cool
Parked it outside to get some work done in the garage. I can't have an outside storage shed in my neighborhood so I had to have a 3-car garage. In my mind it was gonna be my "man cave" area. But I have two kids so it's turned into my "kids toys/bikes/junk" area.
