Had a Jeep pull me over the other day to ask about parts. Not the way I would've done it, but awesome nonetheless.

this is what i love about TW. I'm only seventeen. know a lot about cars etc. for a seventeen year old but theres always stuff i can't do, don't know, or need advice on and this is a place where you always get the friendly help when you need it! along with seeing some sweet builds and nice people

 

17 with a Tacoma. Dayum. When I was 17 I was homeless fixing people's computers for food. First car at 19, hit a deer a year later, then bought a taco on my 21st birthday.

 

Lol my first car was a pos 1989 dodge colt hatchback. Wouldn't go over 60. I was gonna buy a 5.0 mustang pop said NOPE.

my parents knew i wanted a tacoma more then anything else so they helped me out with the funding a little haha but i did fork up some hard earned money from a few summers worth of work. found an 06 with 110k on it with the frame already replaced and it was spotless. we got it for a great deal and we couldn't pass it up. i love the thing and i honestly won't drive anything else. plan on keeping it till the motor goes. then a motor swap for a straight off-road rig!

 

Hard to believe my first vehicle was a Brand New 1976 K20 4x4 350 4 speed it cost $6000.00 I got my first ever loan for $3000.00 from the Bank

thats what i wanna do eventually! and i just like to let people know i earned it. too many kids these days have their shit given to them without any hard work or effort. they won't go anywhere in life because of that.

 

Hm. Just pulled into my normal parking spot at my local watering hole... nice silver lifted 2nd gen, DCSB.. hmmm. If I had a tacoma world sticker I'd contemplate leaving it on the truck.

 

Need to fix those headlights...

 

Yesterday at work an asshole customer parked their car too close to my truck of course, and I took a picture of my dual porpose sliders. Had a good 1 1/2" from a door ding.

 

Some body took out my right tail light at work.

Funny how no one knows anything of the of the 4 people that work there
