Also just as a side note. The other bypasses and remote starts on the market don't retain the unlock feature while the truck is running. Meaning you need a aftermarket system to operate your door locks or take your key out of your fob and open it that way. It's a safety feature Toyota has on their vehicle. The system from KB Voodoo bypasses that. If you don't believe me start your truck get out and hit lock or unlock. Nothing will happen

$129, does that include tax and shipping? And then there are the other add ons that they mentioned. The dealer gave me a price of $325 installed, he also gave me the Toyota part number, it's not after market. I buy my vehicles from the same dealer, same salesman. They tend to take care of me, so I trust the $325 and oem part number.

It's $129 plus a few bucks for shipping.

The difference is spending about an hour putting it in.

I've never actually spent an hour putting it in.

Look truth is I didn't see this growing to what it is. I work a full time job with crazy hours and just don't have the time to fulfill orders and make the stuff. I'm not here to make money I'm here to help others and get help. This is a great group and happy to be apart of it. So if I had to walk away from this to make it better for you guys so be it. I used to do this for a living years ago and my cheapest just starter we offered was 280-350 installed and that was just a start no lock or unlock. With cars today (last time I did it for a living was 2012) it would be even more. So your gettin a pretty much "oem" remote start with lock and lock features for 130 which is crazy. And the best part is you care! You work your ass off for things and don't want some young kid getting low wage installing wires not giving a crap how it looks right? Spend the 130 install it right and have a warm truck.

No other add on to work with oem remote. That's only to start with your phone or external remote if desired. 130 and a hour of your time. That's it as stated in the first post

Besides the price still being great, this is why I'll be buying this. That was the only reason I previously stopped looking at remote starters

As I said before if their is enough interest in a key kit, I can make one up for KB Voodoo to sell. However this would involve a actual remote start unit and wont be controlled by your OEM fob

I spoke with my buddy at Toyota Corp this morning and he has no such beast in his system so far. Highlander yes Tacoma no. Now they are almost identical but i dont know if it would work

The down side to anything oem is the technology. They dont have run time adjustments, and external add on options if thats something your into. They run for 10 min and shut off. Its also 280 plus install compared to the 130 and a hour of your time.

I think he's just using the Quick Connectors 14-16

Hes also looming the wiring to look factory, including the ground strap and self taping screw along with his customer service.
