    Ha yea some where mid to late 20s grays started showing up they are a little more serious about showing up now lol . But I am with you I could care less I it is what it is a guy at work does it I recently found out my age or so lol. Saw he had a rash/raspberry on the side of his cheek I was joking with him and asked if he pissed the wife off or something. A few of the other guys were standing around one starts laughing ..course I am confused thinking maybe his wife did hit him .. He was like no he got some of the hair coloring gel on his cheek while coloring his mustache and beard ... I have known the guy for 15 years never knew he did it lol yeah he should have died with that info :}

    Wing is doing sleep is well a few hours at a time , sling was off with Dr approval last Friday and go for PT Start eval today then it Is off to the races 3 times a week . It is weird all the work is in the shoulder but the biggest source of wake me up ouch is at the lower end of the bicep near the elbow no idea what that is about.

    LOL I have seen that phenomenon in a lot of places but just out side of Dallas Billy Meyers Motorplex 1988 Fram Super Chevy weekend sitting in the stands after brackets were all done and the pro's are out temp goes from high seventies and sunny to ... 30s and wind howling with gray skies shut down racing for the weekend . Was mad too Joe Amato was there and was supposed to be hitting 300 plus again ..This was right after 301 had just been broken .

    I still feel bad for one of my outside dogs. He still looks for Jack. He didn't see him leave. He was in dog house sleeping.
    Now he sleeps in Jacks old bed.

    That's exactly why I don't think I'd ever try to cover up the grey ... but that's just me, different strokes for different folks. Had a Director of Operations several years ago who colored his hair just prior when he retired to look younger for job interviews, silliest looking thing I ever saw, to the point I didn't recognize him on the camera when he came to the door and waited "this stranger" to pick up the phone to request entry. He got mad that I didn't buzz him in like normal. Still makes me laugh thinking how silly/different he looked.

    I'd guess the lower muscle is compensating for the weaker part next to the repair...generally how that works I think. At least you're on the mend and making progress.

    Well time to get another one , it is always hard when one goes but a new one usually makes it a little less hard.

    Ohh I forgot to mention my entertainment for today ... Well besides the PT thing.. I get the honor .. of taking my GF's oldest for his driving test he is high functioning Asperger's and has tried before but never got past the written since he over thinks and side tracks into what if's or as he puts it "well hypothetically..." I hope he gets it he has really been practicing hard parallel parking is what gives him trouble the most. He wanted to use my truck which took him 3 months to ask to do and I did think about it but GF said nope. She has a Saturn vue and Subaru imprezza and told him since they are the only ones you will get to drive unless I get something for you alone. He wanted the truck since it has the back up cam :} . I have tons of respect for him he went and found a job on his own and has been there 2 years now his other two brothers well.. one is 22 and on the right road for perpetual unemployment and the 17 year old jury is still out but seems to be following the 22 year old. Here the oldest who has some problems to over come he can't control is busting his ass to be self sufficient and these other two are basically sponges at this point. sigh

    Well my two daughters are doing well and on their own and have been since they turned 20 both doing well working taking one or two courses a semester to finish degrees and living on their own. I would have liked to have met my GF 10 years ago. I might have been able to help teach the two idiots as I refer to them as, about life and work ethic oh and possibly how to do work that doesn't involve a cell phone or getting drunk etc !! And yes she refers to the middle one as an idiot not to his face or anything but lol She figures he will be living in her or someone else's basement forever still has hope for the 17 year old even though he quit school ..
