    Originally not Expo AF! Kinda Expo AF now...lame.
    Two things:

    1. I got ahold of RCI finally on the phone and she emailed me a pdf of the install instructions. I checked the mail today and there was a box. The box contained my hardware, and the washers are indeed way beefed up. Yay. So we all good now, just poor customer response times, but they made it right.

    2. I did my first recovery today, a guy was stuck in a ditch by the mill. Not sure why he was over there in the ditch with a 3500 long bed 4x2, but that's where he stopped his off road adventure.
