Got the sliders painted and on, just waiting for the Ryder rack that should be here next week. Then measure for the lift.

Why didn't you go with the squeeze
why did you go with the mobmount bracket rather tan the squeeze one that Honda garage sells as well?
I just got the full kit from Honda but not sure i like the squeeze mount ! Its really built well and solid but a bit finicky to put your phone in and out all the time , the little squeeze button on the back side is a bit of a pain !!

Unless you are really doing serious off roading I've found the magnetic mounts to be excellent! Simple and clean and holds tight as can be! You can see it on the dash just above the steering wheel in this picture.

I tried the magnetic mounts and found them to be insufficient for my phablet. I have a Ram X-mount that I need to install... Had them in my last three vehicles, top notch.

Trying to keep phone below the dash so I like the vent mount, tried a magnetic vent mount but was garbage !!
The Hondo vent mount is fantastic ! I ended up turning the vent mount upside down so it sits lower and can still see and function the radio. Was just wondering if the mob mount was easier to use then the Hondo squeeze mount if anybody has tried both ??

Nice! Did you have to tie it down in any sort of way or does it seem to stay put?

I installed the passenger side this morning before my commute. Overall very useful but a little distracting. My eyes just need to get used to them.
It's a nice OEM upgrade from non tech pkg Tacos.

Pelfreybilt front aluminum bumper, full Pelfreybilt skid set, Pelfreybilt sliders, hondo garage phone vent mount, icon stage 3 lift, scs rays 10, 285-70-17 ridge grappler, c4 fab mid height bed rack (currently getting powder)
I have not tried the Hondo squeeze. I have to assume that with the quality of the mount, the squeeze is terrific. However it did seem finicky from what I've seen. Also, the mob mount is super easy to use. In and out with any case in less than a second. I've also used the ram xgrip and it seems to work, but I try to support small companies as much as I can. Mob mount has so far been awesome to deal with and as far as I'm concerned, one of my favorite "upgrades" to my truck. The magnets work fine (used prior), but nowhere near as adjustable as Hondo.

I sure wish the Rav had the BSM option so we could use this on the tech package trucks.

No glass coverage on your insurance? Out here in AZ I think you have to specifically ask to remove glass coverage. I had to get a new windshield the second week I had my truck... Free99
