My stepdad has the same lift your uncle
Has and I quickly saw its limitations. It works for him because he doesn't really do suspension work and uses it more to store one car over another.

Do we know who owns the Black TX Pro in the middle river area? I see him on I-95 North once or twice a month.

Inspection went well today. A few siding issues and the electrical needs upgraded. Other minor things but we're just gonna request the seller do the electrical and siding and we'll do the rest

But does it have a garage with high ceilings and a 6" floor? If not, room for a pole building?

Me and chip went up there late last year with another member, some company has gated off quite a bit of the property and a lot of the better trails you cant get too without paying their ridiculous fees. we went in the back way, and thats still open but theres a lot less property available for free now. its also gotten a lot more trashed, the campsite me and chip chose to stay in was downright disgusting with trash everywhere, someone even took a dump in a grill and just left it there

Okay, i take some of that back, they have dropped the price a bit since they first opened, its on par with raush now. for a one day pass its $30 and $10 per passenger. but it appears that they are closed most weekends, when people want to get out, and they seem to have closed the place for hunting.... this place makes no sense

thats the site for the park

I haven't been there since AOAA opened. I have friends that still go up with their quads and they say where they park off of rt. 901 they don't pay and no AOAA signs. And they've seen trucks on those trails they ride.

Yeah, that's where we went in from, but access to a lot of the trails from that entrance are gated off

I spent most of the day with my dad, I drove up to Delaware with him this morning. As you may know my mom passed this past Sept. 21. My parents were together since high school. As expected we aren't doing too well, especially my dad, because of the loss of my mom. Well this evening my dad's dog died, he can't catch a break. A pic of him with his dog Ben.
