I consider 70's classic and some 60's even, but I was immersed in 70's music at age 3. Besides the ones I mentioned my parents had a lot of albums from the Beatles..Rolling Stones..Hendrix..Bob Dylan..Alice Cooper. Still love Cooper.

My mood determines what I listen to but all time faves are Slayer, Metallica, Misfits/Danzig. I am working on my right upper arm with a whole Danzig theme.

That's what I'm running. I really like that the tent doesn't sit too high yet I've still got plenty of room in the bed.

Oh... THAT's why you needed the custom spare tire mount.

I have about 5 grand into mine. 2 of that is stereo..in fairness I already had most of it.

Weathertechs, delay wiper mod, step bars, light bar, PIAA lights, factory fogs, grille, vent shades, bug guard, window tint. I know theres more..

None of it for offroad with this single cab 2 wheel drive.

I just got my Brute Force Fab high clearance bumper but haven't installed it yet. I was worried when you first mentioned the spare mount! My RTT is the... whichever one is 6 feet long... so it matches the length of my long bed. Looks like I wont have the issue you had :)

Everything inside my truck is stock. Every penny I spent has been geared towards off-road. Some withe benefits for on road driving, others were detriments.

I have similar feels, but I have one. I curse the long-ness of it on some trails, but I couldn't imagine packing all my crap in a short bed when we take off for a few days.

It was tough the first 2 or 3 times then I started thinning out my camping gear I never use.

:rofl:When I bought the Tacoma my "camping gear" was a sleeping bag for the back seat and a hot dog roasting stick. I did the woman mod and the dog mod and then I had to get a bunch of other stuff to keep them happy. Now I'm like "welp, good thing I happened to get this long bed"
