    Moab? Goals. Dying of jealousy.
Wish I had a well running 4x4 to take there, but maybe a trip just to see the national parks would be worth it.

Yeah words cannot express how much I love that car lol. My girlfriend understood that we had a serious relationship before she came around and she understands so we're good. Here's a pic of the car at Pomona before I changed the interior to black

Since when did you have a 4x4? I thought you only had the white prerunner. Fix it and take it out sometime! You going to make it to belching beaver next weekend?

I'm going to complain about my clutch too. It works and all but acts weird when it gets warm.

Same. Got it replaced by Toyota over summer after a shitshow with the clutch before it getting put in incorrectly. Only now the Toyota one is acting up, it's really bad when trying to shift into/out of first while at a stop.

Going to put Redline MT90 in it before the Mojave trip next weekend to see if that helps, hopefully it's just a fluid issue.

This is what I'm dealing with. Clutch was about as bad as I've ever had so I started taking everything apart to put in a new one, and this is what things looked like.

    576E03A2-7F83-4361-B4AB-E25B56AA5B94_zps_40f4d2ef6426f76388e9afa8f2243b83647e1878.jpg

Now the pilot bearing is being stubborn so I got fed up and left the truck there. It's been about 3 weeks.

Holy hell, that doesn't look good...how did that happen?

I love driving manuals, have since I was 17 and I'll always have one, but I swear I've never had as much trouble with one as I have with this truck. Hate to say it, but it's true.

That's what happens when you're a good big brother and your lazy younger brother never bothers to be grateful and take care of your car that you let him borrow for damn near 2 years.

And I get to take care on this shit now.

My pops bought it brand new back in 98 and handed it down to me a while ago but yeah..Danny's right..I'm guilty of putting off the repairs ;(

Edit: I'll try to make it down! Like I told Madison, I don't think I've been to that brewery yet

Mine is an aftermarket clutch. I have no idea what the last owner put in, but when the clutch is warm after hard driving it feels to not disengage all the way. It still lets go in the middle of the peddle travel, but it's still grabbing like 10 percent making 1st and reverse annoying from a stop. I need to drop the trans one day
