I got a call from Carlsbad dealer about an hour ago.. didn't answer though. Don't want to deal with them.. they were very insistent that I come down there to place my non-refundable deposit... Yea, like i'm going to drive an hour without traffic to do that.

@Mr.SixTwoTwo did you get a phone call? a week before Thanksgiving the person I spoke to at Longo said there was going to be a Cement 6MT available at the end of December that wasn't pre-sold yet. I skipped it because like you, It's too early for me. I'm looking for the same time frame as you.

Thanks for the heads up though. I'm pretty content with the TRD OR my broker is working on. The only thing holding me back is the Cement color, but not worth gambling not being able to get a car when the time comes. I have issues with trusting dealers lol

    let's see what happens

I called my salesperson actually. Yeah, seems like Longo is getting a Cement 6MT before Christmas then. Idk if that particular Pro is "mine" per say, but either way, the times not right for me.

I saw a red pro at my dealer Fredericksburg VA, yesterday. I can't believe it doesn't come with JBL. Headlights and tail lights are the only things that appeal to me. Not a big fan if red anyway.

Aside from the subwoofer, the premium audio that comes in the Pro's is quite nice. My dad has a Sport with the JBL audio and he loses quite a bit of a storage behind the rear passenger seat. I'm glad to have that extra storage (even though I can't really get to it right now with a kids seat. lol).

A lot of stuff, just ask and I'd be happy to tell you. Or we could wheeling/camping
The sound system should not be what you based your opinion on. It's not the JBL, but it is the premium audio. Whatever that means lol. Or you could just do what I did, aftermarket is always better anyway.

I didn't care about the JBL on my sport because not having it gave me a better negotiating edge. I like the cement and the white one. I had not seen a TRD Pro in person and was looking at the sticker. FJ Cruiser trail editions were the same way. No premium sound and some plastic and an upgraded suspension that I would replace anyway. All for 10,000. Not for me. I am not bashing anyone that does. Lord knows I've spent money on what my wife thinks is dumb but too me, totally worth it.

I am waiting no longer. I picked up my Barcelona MT on Friday afternoon. This weekend, we got 8.5" of snow. While the stock tires weren't nearly as bad as everyone says, its getting a set of 255/85r16 Cooper ST's tonight. (These are allegedly the last five ST's, not ST MAXX, in the entire Discount Tire system.) Cross your fingers folks, I'm hoping they fit.

I assume that I will do some trimming, but I ordered it without mudguards already, so the grinder shouldn't get too much of a workout. If I can't make them work, another pro owners has 285/75r16 KO2s. IIRC, he had minimal rubbing with a trim and he cleared the UCA. Thank goodness for that extra 1/2" on each side.

FWIW, I put my deposit down in late May. I paid $1,000 under MSRP. The only extras I got were all-weather mats and bed rail cleats. I may upgrade to weathertech liners, we will see. I would like to get a set of high and tight sliders, and I need to find a folding tonneau cover too. I have some forum searching to do.

It varies. Mine was built on November 20th. I got it on December 9th. It sat at a trainyard about 200 miles away from here for a over a week. However, my wife's Sequoia was delivered three days after it was built.

Congrats on your purchase! I did a good bit of searching for a tonneau cover and ending up purchasing the Extang Trifecta Signature Series. The signature series looks great on the pros. It has a canvas texture (matte black color) that doesn't fade vs your standard shiny vinyl finish that will fade over the years.

That's amazing. Was in built in Texas and do you live close to Texas? Mine was built in Japan, had to be shipped over - and it is now on a rail in Illinois. Chicago is a terrible travel town - both airline and train. Trains can get stuck there for a long, long time. Build date was 12/6. The new estimate for delivery at dealership is 12/23 to 12/28. Turrible.

It was built in Texas. I thought they all were, that's unfortunate yours wasn't. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico, so pretty close.
