I can see that too. Maybe more TW guys at my work. All 3 of my fellow third gen owners are running the ko2 trd pro wheel setup. I too like my trd stock grill.

About to go to sleep after a day with my family. Is that okay with you? Seems like me and everyone else has to make sure things are okay to do to our own cars and our lives by asking you first.

Far from but whatever you say bud, clearly I hit a nerve about your pro grille you just can't let go. Enjoy some sleep and day with the family. It's just a truck and it's just opinions. Lmao

Nah, its like I said, you came into a grille specific thread to complain about too many people having this specific grille. If thats not silly and ridiculous, I dont know what is.

Far from. I responded to another member in this thread who said he felt bad for all the pro owners because everyone has pro grilles now. I didn't just start complaining, a discussion and opinion about grilles and observations that you decided to generalize as complaining followed by snarky cheap comments in your pursuit of trying to defend a grille I said looked good but seems to be in my opinion over used/done.

Point in case. Clearly you're not familiar with his build thread and the joke he was making with that post. Chill bud.

Again, sooooo very sorry other people have the same grille when they are as capable of buying one as the next person. So very sorry its not 100% custom hand tig welded from metal they hand created to be original. No one else is allowed to have anything if someone else has it.

It's actually not 100% directed towards you exactly. You just keep responding when others who've made the same complaint havent been back to the thread to reply lol

2nd gen has been out 10 years so there are more options to look "different", 3rd gen has only been out a year so there are less choices. When the 2nd gens came out they had limited mods too and what were available it seemed everyone at the time was doing it. No difference between then and what's happening now other than what's perceived here is not the same in the real world.

I live in an area with plenty of Toyota dealerships (6) with alot of 3rd gens showing up all over, only mine has the TRD Pro 4Runner wheels and they were put on in Feb. The five other 3rd gens in my parking lot at work are all stock, one other than mine has a roofrack.

I have yet to see a Pro grill installed, a truck with KO2S, debadged trucks, Clazzios or personalized bed stickers in my area in the real life so it's not something "everyone" is doing.

The bottom line is all 3rd gens should have the pro style grill, but with the "toyota" letters scrambled randomly, only the pro trucks get the letters in the correct order.

For the record, my top two anagram picks:
    • ya toot
    • toyo TA (to confuse/perplex the K02 bros)
